Peach Mango Smoothies

Mango peach smoothie is very filling if you want to avoid breakfast, bursting with mango flavor and full of nutrition because of mango, peach and orange in it. Mango is a big favorite in our house and it is so good for you.  Mango has lots of antioxidents, Vitamin A, lots of fiber and it is loaded with Vitamin C (so perfect for winter to help fight off those colds!)I have not added any sugar to it as did not feel the need. Smoothie was thick but we liked it as it is, Plus I love smoothies because they are an easy snack for my little ones…

  1. Blend all the ingredients in your blender till you get a nice smooth thick smoothie.Pour into glasses to serve

NOTE: You can use fresh or frozen fruit in this yummy smoothie. It tastes better if the fruit is frozen, so I freeze fresh fruit for this
