  • Cottage cheese – 350 gms
  • Mint and tomato chutney

For Filling 

  • Grated cottage cheese  –  1 cup
  • Mint chutney  – 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Crushed black pepper
To Marinate
  • Curd – 1/2 cup
  • Ginger garlic paste  – 1 Tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Garam masala powder  – 2 tsp
  • Fennel seeds – 1 tsp
  • Gram flour – 1 Tbsp
For Accompaniment 
  • Oil – 1 tbsp
  • Red, yellow bell pepper and capsicum mixture  – 1 cup
  • Onion slices  – 1/4 cup
  • Chaat masala – 1 tsp


  1. In a bowl mix grated cottage cheese, mint chutney, salt and crushed black pepper.
  2. To marinate, in a bowl add yoghurt, ginger garlic paste, salt, garam masala powder, fennel seeds, gram flour and mix it well.
  3. Cut cubes of the cottage cheese, slit it from the centre and fill the stuffing inside it.
  4. Now marinate the cottage cheese cubes in the prepared mixture and keep them on the baking tray. Pour the remaining mixture on top of it.
  5. Bake at 200 degree Celsius for 10 to 12 minutes.
  6. To make the accomplaniment heat oil and sauté red and yellow bell pepper, capsicum slices, onion slices and chaat masala in a pan.
  7. Put the veggies on the skewers with cottage cheese cubes.
  8. On the plate put the skewers and serve with mint and tomato chutney
