Spinach and Avocado Dip

Mouthwatering, Juicy & Healthy.. Needless to say, Avocado & Spinach are two healthiest ingredients on earth!!

Ingredients:

  • Bread slices – 8
  • Baby spinach – 3 cup
  • Avocados, seeded and peeled – 2
  • Garlic cloves – 2
  • Salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • Olive oil – 1 tbsp
  • Mozzarella cheese, shredded – 2 tbsp
  • Butter, at room temperature – 1 tbsp
  • Green chili – 2
  • Coriander – 1 tbsp
  • lemon juice – 1 tbsp

Steps:

  1. Combine all ingredients in blender, to make smooth paste
  2. Makes a great dip for tortilla chips or sandwitch
