#BeatTheHeat ….Watermelon is one of the best thirst quenchers and can be an instant remedy to sunstroke or heat during summer. It is nutritionally dense and has a moisture content of up to 92%. It can really hydrate your body quickly.
- Watermelon chunks, seedless – 2 cups
- Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
- Salt – 1 pinch [ i used black salt/ rock salt ]
- Ice cubes [ optional ]
- Put seedless watermelon chunks, salt, ice cubes and lemon juice in a blender and blend until its smooth.
- Serve cold
